Most RV hoods like the 76 TNT RV, 78 blizzard 6500 and 79 blizzard 7500 all have a similar hood stripe issue.
Always plan ahead.
Pre-layout the main front stripe and check where the wings fold over the sides.
You can layout these decals on your hood before peeling and sticking.
With a 76 RV this will also tell you how far back the black paint needs to be on the nose section.
Remember the decal covers over the black paint edge seam.
Next, note where the other decals need to be, pin stripes to line up and join/overlap etc. Where the blizzard logo needs to be etc.
It is important to have the main hood stripe in the correct location and applied first before adding the rest.
We use lots of water on the big surface graphic stripes.
We say the more water the better. (oh ya! a heated shop cranked up is a good idea too)
Heavy mist over the hood surface, and the sticky part of the decal.
It's so easy to slide the decal around and move into place when wet.
After the main stripe is on, the other items are self explainitory!! (is that a word?) _________________ Mark (mach9)
