Registration:
In order to use the features of this site, users are required to provide a username, password and e-mail address. Neither the Administrators of this site, or the Moderators participating, are responsible for the privacy practices of any user.

You agree that you, the user, are 13 years of age or over. You are fully responsible for any information or file supplied by this user. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or the owners of these forums. In your use of these forums, you agree that you will not post any information which is vulgar, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually explicit, or violates any laws.

Cookies must be turned on in your browser to participate as a user in the advanced site features or forum. Cookies are used here to hold your username and password and viewing options, allowing you to login. You will not be able to register without having cookies enabled.

Your Privacy:
It is important to note that no area on the site is 100% completely private. Private messages in the message forum are stored in a database until deleted by the user, and until deleted, can be read by the site admin to investigate possible site security issues or identify problem users. We log every move that anyone makes on the site. We log IP addresses for both a statistical overview of the visitors and hits each day. None of this information is shared with the general public and the IP addresses are only viewable by the administrators. IP addresses may also be used to track users who are violating the policy.

About the Forum:
This forum exists to communicate and share ideas with other people and for support of DooDecals.com products or services.

Remember that all information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to share any of your personal information. Any user who finds material posted by another user objectionable is encouraged to contact us via e-mail. We will not be a part of that process.

Follow proper Internet Etiquette (netiquette). Try writing in complete, coherent sentences as if you were writing an essay. It is much easier for others to understand.
No commercial advertising within DooDecals.com Forums. Our main store DooDecals.com has a Free Links page and Free Banner Exchange system avaiable for comercial use.
Do not post private e-mail or conversations without consent from both parties.
Eg. If you have receieved a private e-mail from anyone and wish to share the news. Never copy and paste a private e-mail into this forum. Use your own words to relay the message.
No impersonation.
No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names.
Deliberate misuse of the complaints facility is not permitted. If you persist in doing this action may be taken against your account.


The Law
You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature in the Community. Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.

Zero Tolerance Bashing:
Bashing is not acceptable nor is any personal attack made toward individuals. Posts that do so may be edited or removed without consent from the owner at any time by an administrator or moderator. Members get a fair warning but if there are continued violations of rules, their account will be locked. This is not a place to claim injustice of your civil rights or about free speach. This is a privately held website and we have final say, or do not participate. We do not mind small jokes and pokes but when things become serious, we become serious.

The Classifieds Section:
The Classified Ads section of this site is a free service provided by DooDecals.com Forums. We are not responsible for your interactions with others through these ads or the validity of the ads placed and the prices stated. Make secure payments for items prior to shipping.

Your E-Mail Address:
You must have a valid e-mail address. You can change this anytime by editing your profile. This website and forum incorporates an e-mail system. When you sign up, you will be sent an occasional e-mail from the administrators of the site. You will be notified of any forum downtime and will receive an update on the site every one or two months. You can be removed by following the instructions at the bottom of each e-mail or editing your personal profile. Your e-mail address will NEVER be sold to ANYONE. This site includes advanced features to hide your address from the view of the public. We do not believe in spam and highly dislike it.

Breaking The Rules:
If you fail to abide by these terms when taking part in the community, your posts and/or account may be edited.
This action may include your relevant account or accounts being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in the community.
If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on the community or otherwise engage in any disruptive behavior we will remove it and suspend your account immediately.
