my safari 377 can only get 80 kms could it be the engine or the clutches  . |

What kind of speed were you expecting?
I'd say 100 kph (60 mph) would be really good for a 377 safari.
Clutch issue, old drive belt... maybe?
Could also be the carbs... running too rich? Not getting revs?

| track spins fine because all suspenstion was gone through and greased but it could be the break because she was left out in a garden for a couple year not being used till i got it |

are you sure your friend didnt modify his? Im pretty sure the safaris were work sleds so they were geared real low. If you want more speed i would say gear it higher, maybe like the everest. Dont know if i would gear it like the citation though.

| friends had no mods just stock. they may be geared low but they start really quick |
